DEBORAH C. WELSH, Attorney-at-Law

Deborah Welsh is a native resident of Leesburg and Loudoun County where she currently resides with her husband and family. She earned a B.A. (Magna cum laude) from the Westhampton College of the University of Richmond in1976 and her J.D., from T.C. Williams School of Law in 1980. Following college Ms. Welsh was admitted in 1980 to the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association and the Loudoun County Bar Association. In her private law practice, her expertise and experience focuses on estate planning, family law which includes divorce mediation and guardian ad litem for children, real estate, and corporate law.

Ms. Welsh is also active in her local community’s affairs where she has served as a board member or other active participant for the Loudoun County Bar Association, Loudoun Senior Focus, Salvation Army Board, Loudoun Hospital Center (Director), Notre Dame Academy (Trustee), and Elder of Leesburg Presbyterian Church.
